Dear Peter:

I suggest that %2Computing Reviews%1 review computers as well as books
and articles.  My idea is that these reviews be based on the manufacturer's
operating manuals but that the point of concern  be the quality of the
computer and only incidentally of the documentation itself.  My idea is that
this would lead to the development and basic discussion of criteria for
judging computers.
